I am Robert Hale, an osteopath with over 28 years experience. My focus is the treatment the treatment of spinal, muscle, joint and nerve pain. For your safety and peace of mind I am registered with the most important Spanish professional association in my discipline.

Osteopathy

Joint and soft tissue manipulation for the relief of pain is a very ancient art. Osteopathy is a system of manipulation designed to assess and treat mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system and soft tissues. During the past several decades osteopathy has become widely recognised as an effective treatment for musculoskeletal and other ailments.

Each osteopathy makes osteopathy their own. Like all other osteopaths, I have developed an approach which suits my own predilection. I do not believe in «putting things back in place», neither do I do «craniosacral» treatments. My approach is physical but quite gentle, and the methods I use are very effective in solving or improving my clients’ problems. Read more about my way of practising osteopathy here.

Acupuncture

I no longer practise acupuncture professionally. I can highly recommend my colleague Martine De Petter in Santa Eulalia.

Consultations

At my practice in Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza, I see clients with a wide range of complaints related to the musculoskeletal system, who wish to use osteopathy as an alternative or complement to conventional medicine. Please note though that I am unable to offer appointments to short-term visitors to the island. Consultations can be carried out in ENGLISH, SPANISH or ITALIAN.
